Founded in 2010 as an African eco-fashion label, it champions ethical sourcing and sustainable design inspired by Ambica’s travels through Spain, Morocco, and India. Materials are locally sourced from Kenyan and Balinese artisans, including upcycled feathers from the fly-tying community. Beyond jewellery, Kapoeta offers a linen clothing line handmade by women seamstresses in Bali and tailors in Kenya. Rooted in sustainability and craftsmanship, Kapoeta creates unique pieces that celebrate culture, creativity, and care for the environment.
